Matt Kunasek, D.D.S.Dr. Matt Kunasek became interested in dentistry through his positive experiences with his dentist, Dr. Larry Smith, and his orthodontist, Dr. Robert Schoettger. In fact, Dr. Smith recruited him in to the practice, noting his own plans to retire coincided with Kunasek’s graduation from dental school. Growing up on a farm between Bee and Dwight, Nebraska, he also knew he wanted to settle in a small town close to family, thus making the Seward Dental Clinic the perfect fit. Dr. Kunasek graduated from East Butler High School and was accepted in to the Rural Health Opportunities Program (RHOP) through Wayne State College where he earned a degree in Health Science in 2001. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2004 and immediately joined the Seward Dental Clinic. Dr. Kunasek is a member of the American Dental Association and the Nebraska Dental Association. According to Dr. Kunasek the Seward Dental Clinic is special because they treat patients like family, while offering customized dental care and treatments. “We also have a great staff that really cares and tries to provide a comfortable experience for our patients,” said Kunasek. Dr. Kunasek’s wife, Kate, is a hygienist who previously worked at the clinic until 2013 when she became a stay-at-home mom to their children – Michael, Jonathan, Audrey and James. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family as well as being outdoors – hunting, fishing and helping on his parent’s farm. |

Andrew Hibbert, D.D.S.Dr. Andrew Hibbert grew up in nearby Beatrice and knew he wanted to raise his family the same way he grew up, in a small town. Seward was the perfect fit. Dr. Hibbert graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2009 and the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2013. He soon joined Seward Dental Clinic. Dr. Hibbert is a member of the American Dental Association and the Nebraska Dental Association. According to Dr. Hibbert the personal aspect is as important as convenience for patients choosing a dental practice for their families. “The Seward Dental Clinic offers the same quality dental care patients receive in much larger communities, and we’re in your own backyard,” said Hibbert. “The main difference is we really know our patients and they know they can trust that they are getting quality care each and every time they visit our practice,” he continued. Dr. Hibbert’s wife, Natasha, teaches Kindergarten at Seward Elementary and they have three children, Braelyn, Broderick, and Brielle. In his spare time, he loves spending time with family and watching the Nebraska Cornhuskers. |
